The price includes:
- Venue rental
- Sound equipment (including microphones)
- Lighting equipment, projector, screen, clicker
- Furniture and tableware
- One-hour technical setup before the event (for bookings of 3 hours or more)
- Cleaning after the event

Additional charges may apply for:
- Cleaning (if confetti, other messy items or substances are used)
- Damaged equipment (intentional or careless damage to furniture, equipment, interior items, and tableware)

We understand and forgive if 2-3 glasses are broken.

You can pay for the order in cash, by card, or via invoice for legal entities. A 50% prepayment is required, and the remaining amount can be settled on the day of the rental before the start of the event. A 50% prepayment is required for companies.

Yes, a security deposit is required during the event.

Yes, we usually hold reservations without any prepayment for 1-3 days. If the date is further in the future, the holding period may be extended.

Yes, we enter into a contract and accept bank transfers based on the issued invoice.

If you want to cancel the reservation:

Less than 14 days before the event - 30% of the amount is non-refundable.
Less than 7 days before the event - 50% of the amount is non-refundable.
Less than 3 days before the event - 100% of the amount is non-refundable.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the initial payment. For card payments, it usually takes up to 5 working days.

We don't provide catering services ourselves.

However, we can recommend companies that have frequently been at our venues and have proven to be responsible and friendly service providers. They offer delicious snacks and beautiful presentations:

No, the use of hookah is not allowed in the venues and on the surrounding premises.

Yes, cleaning after the event is included in the price.

However, if confetti, party poppers, or substances that may cause staining (such as red wine or paint) were used during the event, resulting in stains on the floor, walls, surfaces, or soft furniture, we charge an additional fee for cleaning. For events with significant confetti usage, the extra cleaning fee is 2000 rubles. We forgive the use of small party poppers indoors!
