The rates are valid for booking dates within the next 60 days. They may vary for later dates.
The minimal rent is 5 hours for events: ending after17:00 on Friday; from Saturday to Sunday; holidays and pre-holiday days. For other days and time periods minimal rent is 3 hours.
The rate for hosting a wedding party is 5500 rub/hour.
